I hereby confirm that the information provided by me in my application, and in related documents, including but not limited to copies of CV’s, identity documents, driver’s license, education or training records, payslips, etc. is true and correct.

By submitting my CV, I hereby give permission to Intelligent Talent Solutions Personnel (Pty) Ltd (ITS) to register my CV and profile on their candidate management system and consent to allow ITS to use it for the purpose of recruitment, which includes sharing my information with a third party essential to fulfill this purpose, such as to a prospective employer, for reference checks, qualification verification, criminal record and similar background screening.

I furthermore authorize any of my former employers to furnish their record of my services, my reason for leaving their employ, together with all other information they may have concerning me, whether on record or not. By submitting my application, I hereby release them and their company from all liability for any damages whatsoever for issuing any information with regards to my employment history with the company.

Confidentiality, Non-Solicitation of Current Clients, Theft of Services

As a candidate, I hereby affirm that I will not give my personal information, including but not limited to; phone numbers, email addresses or mailing address to any employing client disclosed to me by ITS at any time during the interview and application process, without written permission from ITS. At no time will I solicit work directly from clients that are disclosed to me by ITS. I agree that if I contact clients directly after ITS have disclosed the client to me during the interview process and I am offered employment that I will be liable to pay ITS the placement fee agreed in the ITS Terms and Conditions with the client, within seven days of starting. Furthermore, I agree to notify ITS immediately if I am contacted directly by the client to avoid the fee structure. If I fail to comply, I agree to pay ITS the placement fee agreed in the ITS Terms and Conditions with the client.

Furthermore, I agree that if I accept an offer of employment from a client to whom I have been introduced by ITS and sign a contract of employment with an agreed start date, and I renege on said contract that I will be responsible for paying ITS the placement fee as agreed with their client.

I confirm and understand that the damages set forth in this section are not penalties but are reasonable considering the harm and overall loss of income to Intelligent Talent Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

Intelligent Talent Solutions Personnel will only process and store personal information that you voluntarily give us. When you give us your information you consent to allow us to use it for the purpose of recruitment. We will only share your information with a third party essential to fulfill this purpose, such as an employer, reference checks, qualification verification, criminal record and similar background screening.

I acknowledge and agree that my information may be stored securely and cannot be accessed by anyone else. In the event that my application is regretted, I consent to ITS keeping my information for possible future employment opportunities, including marketing campaigns.

I acknowledge that ITS take responsibility for processing and protecting my information, but that I am responsible for ensuring it is complete and correct. I understand that at any time I may request to see my information and can choose to update it or instruct ITS to stop processing it, or even remove it. I know that the consequences of doing the latter would be that ITS would not be able to assist me with recruitment.

I understand that ITS will ensure that my application for employment is kept in the strictest confidence, and that every effort will be made to protect my personal information as supplied to them. Notwithstanding this, I hereby agree that ITS will not be held liable for any losses suffered by myself arising from any person making use of such information.

I agree that whilst every effort has been made by ITS to obtain suitable employment for me, I cannot hold them responsible for any damages, of whatsoever nature that I may suffer arising therefrom and that I hereby indemnify ITS in this regard.

I further authorize ITS to forward my CV and profile to any prospective employer and to make use of various marketing and newsletter campaigns to secure an alternative career opportunity for me.
